Seriously, can’t make this stuff up They bill insurance company for WARRANTY parts. Sooo wrong. Been waiting 6 months for repair. Back completely broken on my only mode of transportation. Recientemente compré una silla nueva que claramente no satisface mis necesidades con respecto al ángulo del marco frontal. Mis pies no se quedan en el reposapd the salesman Greg I didn't want a chair with front angle frame that's bends back in at a sharp angle. He assured me he would not order it like that. He lied. He ordered QS5x with an 85° front frame angle. 75° would have been the right choice of the 2 options and I would have kept it. The enclosed photo clearly shows a dramatic difference in the frame angle of current chair and new one I received. So problem could have been easily solved if they returned it at ordered it with a 75° front frame. Also, in 2018 GREG again made a mistake in ordering a short frame for some reason. Custom Mobility should have exchanged it with a standard frame like I was currently using on my Q2L. I was hesitant to call them out for the error. Ended up eating that cost never used the new Q2L because it was ordered wrong. A business is supposed to be geared towards customer satisfaction and service. So based on my last 2 experiences and unhelpful attitude Custom Mobility has to eat the 1 star review because they earned it. Also Custom Mobility will tack on things you don't need like armrests, anti tippers, and side guards and gladly bill your insurance. Salesman like GREG will knowingly deceive you and your insurance company on the order form. I counted numerous add-ons i didn't need or want that where added totaling almost 1000 dollars. No accountability nobody gets fired I understand mistakes. Custom Mobility however shows a real poor attitude and understanding of the people they serve. MOST RECENT after Greg ordered the QS5x wrong I had to get my insurance agent involved and Custom Mobility took the chair back and refunded the money. Custom Mobility sales manager Scott then banned me from any future sales and service. Retaliation for calling out Greg's mistakes. Custom Mobility policy is lifetime service if you buy from them however. Blaming the customer is a losing business practice. Unfair business practice as well. Thus i have to leave this review and report them to BBB. There are online vendors like Sportaid, DME hub, etc. Don't pay any attention to the owners response It's pure gaslighting the public to continue the FRAUD. It's not North Korea. We are allowed to speak openly and honesty about lived experiences involving shady businesses. Admitting you where wrong would be a more realistic approach and offering solutions to solve the problem is a better policy. 😉 Muestra menos
