The extent he goes to help customers, not just me, is above "good customer service." It's that above and beyond stuff that comes au so natural! I can't say I know what David does for the company, but I know that whatever I need, that's vaguely associated, it's David, and I'm pretty sure the secret is out, the customers knows 😆 Not to be out done, every single employee I've had the pleasure to work with is just amazing, everyone! I also had the opportunity to meet the owner at their customer appreciation day. The personalized care and attention to detail were also evident. A few months later, I ran into him in the parking lot and was surprised as he addressed me by my name. David nos ayudó muchísimo a conseguir un vehículo para mi madre, que está en silla de ruedas. Fue excelente con las instrucciones sobre cómo usar la camiond; We were able to contact him 24/7 if we needed anything. It was delivered to us & picked up for us when our trip ended. Facilitanod; They make the check in process so easy, they are waiting right by as we arrived at the airport. David has always been the one to help us and he even puts the bags in. Smooth and simple from beginning to end. The van was very nice, side entry all electric. Me alegro de haber encontrado Custom Mobility. Me han ayudado enormemente. Instalaron un elevador para que pudiera poner mi scooter en la parte trasera de mi fut the scooter there also. The people there are very nice and helpful. The showroom is very nice.
