That experience has changed my business! In my business, compassion and care are currencies. I feel like David is that kinda currency for Custom Mobility. The extent he goes to help customers, not just me, is above "good customer service." It's that above and beyond stuff that comes au so natural! When I forget to schedule for a van, David remembers, when customers need a ride, David! When customers are in a situation, David! I can't say I know what David does for the company, but I know that whatever I need, that's vaguely associated, it's David, and I'm pretty sure the secret is out, the customers knows 😆 Not to be out done, every single employee I've had the pleasure to work with is just amazing, everyone! I also had the opportunity to meet the owner at their customer appreciation day. The personalized care and attention to detail were also evident. A few months later, I ran into him in the parking lot and was surprised as he addressed me by my name. We called multiple times to try to get an appointment to get a lightweight folding wheelchair. Each time we called, we are refused with a new excuse. When we called, we were told we were wasting our time, we couldn't possibly afford it, and we were refused an appointment because they don't take my insurance. However, they could've taken my insurance if they had helped me the first time we called because I had different insurance then. The only thing I didn't have at that time was a prescription, which only took me a day to get from my doctor. It is not completely their fault since they had no control over the changing severity of my conditions which made it a lot harder for me to try to make an appointment multiple times. (Hence 3 stars instead of 1) I am altogether displeased with the "help" this company has provided. They are allowed to refuse me service but it would have been the kinder option to be willing to provide more information (during any one of my attempts to get an appt) in helping me find what I need (since they refuse to help me at all) than to just tell me to go away. David fue genial. Me costaba encontrar transporte confiable del aeropuerto al hotel y no estaba seguro de la fiabilidad de los viajes compartidos accesibles, asmma; so I decided renting a vehicle might be the better option. Now having gone through the experience, I will arrange with David anytime I go back in the future. Picking up and dropping off were as easy as can be. David nos ayudó muchísimo a conseguir un vehículo para mi madre, que está en silla de ruedas. Fue excelente con las instrucciones sobre cómo usar la camiond; We were able to contact him 24/7 if we needed anything. It was delivered to us & picked up for us when our trip ended. No tenemos palabras para describir lo bien que está Custom Mobility. Los hemos usado durante 3 años en viajes a Florida y han sido más que atentos. Facilitanod; They make the check in process so easy, they are waiting right by as we arrived at the airport. David has always been the one to help us and he even puts the bags in. Smooth and simple from beginning to end. The van was very nice, side entry all electric.
