Pedí una silla de ruedas. Vino un hombre y pregunté por una silla eléctrica. Me dijo que Custom Mobility ya no las vendía. Tomó medidas para una silla... Lee mas manuHe took measurements for a manual chair. I asked for a red color for the frame. He said that Medicare wouldn't cover the cost. After a couple of months he brought the chair. It didn't fit. I needed adjustments. He stated that I was just onery. He left with the chair. A couple of days later I received a letter stating that I needed to take my business elsewhere because I had abused the staff I never received the chair. I had been doing business with Custom Mobility for over 20 years but something has changed about the way they conduct business. Muestra menos

Esta empresa me encargó una silla de ruedas que era completamente inutilizable para mí y me tomó 1 año recibir una silla original en la que nunca he podido... Lee mas riod; I am paralyzed and completely dependent on a wheelchair to my specific measurements. Another year later they brought out another chair just as unusable to me. 2 months later I call to ask about the status of the changes that were necessary and was informed by the receptionist they cancelled my order. The worst experience I’ve ever had and I have been getting a new chair every 3 years for the last 34 years of my life. Muestra menos

Actualizar: Tuve el placer de trabajar con Rob. Muy agradable y bien informado. Cambié mi 1 estrella a 5. Espero trabajar con él en el... Lee mas futuro. &him in the future. Initial request submitted 11/29/22 via PT. They contacted me on 12/6/22 to come 12/22 at 10am. This appointment was reconfirmed MULTIPLE times via PT. Here I am calling 1030am just to be told it wasn't put on his schedule. Extremely unprofessional. Was told sorry. That's it. I had to take my son out of his therapy for the day. I'm out a loss of income and gas expenses for nothing. Muestra menos

EspañolTodos en Custom Mobility siempre han ido más allá para ayudarme con mis necesidades de silla de ruedas. Han reunido un excelente departamento de... Lee mas serviperiod; Dawn and Dennis have always taken care of my service needs in a very professional and timely manner. From scheduling repairs in an emergency to ordering the correct parts that are needed to repair my wheelchair. English John and Chris have always done great repairs at my home on my wheelchairs and have gone that "extra step" when necessary. Greg, the seating specialist, has always evaluated me and listened to me for both my seating and for wheelchair replacement needs which has helped to keep me comfortable. I have never met Moe in service, but he has always been able to repair the cane holder that I keep on bending :-). I know that there are names that I have forgotten, so I also want to thank them for everything that have kept me "rolling" The people that I have mentioned by name are the ones that I deal with the most and I am sure that they sometimes get sick of me ( like me girlfriend does), but they continue to be pleasant ( just like my girlfriend ) so thank you and keep up the good work. Me alegro de haber encontrado Custom Mobility. Me han ayudado enormemente. Instalaron un elevador para que pudiera poner mi scooter en la parte trasera de mi... Lee mas fut the scooter there also. The people there are very nice and helpful. The showroom is very nice. There also is a nice big waiting room which, before the virus quarantine was always stocked with crackers, chips, water and coffee. Muestra menos
